    #6. Stimulants

Stimulants are the type of drugs that increase activity in the brain. These too come with a set of their side-effects which may make working out difficult for you. Some of the most common workout related side effects are increased heart rate, elevated blood pressure anxiety and agitation. They may also cause tremors. So if you are taking stimulants, be wary of the same.

    #7. Decongestants

Used to treat blocked nose, decongestant are the type of drugs which relieve nasal congestion. Exercising while using decongestant medications may increase the heart rate and blood pressure. This is especially dangerous for those who already suffer from high blood pressure or heart issues, as it may increase the risk of a cardiac attack.
