    The fear of change can be quite debilitating to your long-term success and can prevent you from moving ahead. Feeling stuck is a repercussion of either not being able to find that alternative that is out there or being afraid to embrace that change. Ignoring the opportunity to accept change only leads to frustration because of repeated failures.

    Finding it difficult to say no? Chances are that youíre likelier to experience stress, depression, anxiety, poor health and mental burnouts. Building the confidence to say no is one of the healthiest ways to avoid these circumstances. Not only does this give you enough time to complete commitments you have already taken up it gives you satisfactory results.
