    Itís important to mentally prepare yourself to handle people who can frustrate, annoy and drain your energies. The key is not to let your emotions get the better of you when confronting a person who is toxic in your life. Look to rationally find solutions for any problem they throw at you and find a common ground without letting them drain your energies.
