In fact, specific exercises done performed with moderate intensity can help alleviate pain and discomfort during this time to give you relief:

    Walking

Going for a walk is one of the simplest and best exercises you can do during your menstruation. As a gentle activity, walking helps release tension in that area, stretches out your lower back, reduce bloating and can relieve you from period pain.

Walk for anywhere between 30-45 minutes. Make sure you walk at a decent speed to allow the movement of your leg to loosen your pelvic muscles and alleviate you from pain.
