    #1. Make a commitment to yourself and stick to it



    The only way you’re going to not miss a single workout is by constantly remind/tell yourself that you’re not going to miss out on a workout! Squeeze in a workout whatever time of the day you can (early morning, daytime or nighttime) for how many minutes you can. When the going gets tough, the tough get going. Keep the workout a ‘constant’ no matter what your circumstance.
