Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder or PMDD can make women feel extremely agitated and irritable and make it difficult to carry on with your work in everyday situations. Although a menstrual cycle is linked to fluctuating hormones and considered normal, a situation as severe as PMDD requires medication and lifestyle modifications to ease out the symptoms.

    Having a high thyroid level can have dangerous implications. In fact, one of the most common symptoms of an overactive or hyperthyroid is fluctuating mood swings. Thyroid, an important hormone can affect everything and make it difficult to concentrate and make you restless. Hence, you end up having your emotions on the edge on most days.
