In extreme cases, high or low blood sugar levels can cause anxiety, mental breakdown and rage.

    Vitamin D deficiency

    If you havenít been getting enough sunshine, it might make you feel irritable and grumpy. Hence, Vitamin D is very vital not just for good health but battling mood swings as well. Also, staying up till odd hours can interfere with the natural circadian rhythm and that is the reason you wake up with a slouch on your face!
