    NOT TRUE. Men and women both are susceptible to heart ailments. However, it is more commonly found that men suffer from cardiovascular ailments earlier, while women have ailments post 55 years of age. There are a lot of factors that contribute to this such as stress, the lack of physical activity, lifestyle, belly fat and testosterone levels.

    Sorry to burst your bubble, but you can never be too young to worry about heart diseases. This silent killer can start accumulating plaque in your arteries early on in life, clogging them. Thanks to our hectic and couch potato lifestyle, the risk of ailments in young adults are steadily increasing along with the huge costs of treatments. It only makes sense to make some major lifestyle changes to safeguard your future.
