    5. Meditate for 5-10 minutes every morning.





    The objective is to just focus on being calm, mindful and present for a set amount of time every day. Throughout the day, with so much happening around, it can be hard to have a moment where your mind gets to be blank (in a good way). Praying or meditating for even those few minutes helps your mind get energized.

    6. Quit the soda, completely.



    The sugar and the gas in your aerated drinks do harm your body, so rather quit them! An easy way to do this is by replacing it with healthier options like green tea, juices, or milk-based drinks. And as far as alcohol is concerned, you know the answer to that too!
