Wheat Porridge: 1 cup
Finely Chopped Cucumber: 1 no.
Finely Chopped Mint Leaves: cup
Lemon Juice: 2 tbsp
Salt: to taste
Olive Oil: 2 tbsp


Take a cup of wheat porridge soaked in boiling water for 20 minutes. Remove the contents into a big bowl.

Now put 1 cut cucumber and some chopped mint leaves into the bowl.

Add the tomatoes and coriander leaves.

Now add the lime juice followed by some salt and black pepper.

Add some olive oil and mix well.

You Tabbouleh is ready to be served.
