    After spending an entire day staring into your laptop at the office, after drinking gallons of coffee to stay focused, and after attending endless meetings, we never really take a moment to stop and think about the harm we are doing to ourselves. As we move along in-step with this fast-paced world, we tend to lose out on the tiny habits that, if were to change, will help bring positive changes to our lives. So here are 30 habits,you need to work on.... starting NOW. Think you can sustain them?

    1. Eat your breakfast.

    4. Dishes, do your goddamn dishes every day, and you won’t feel f***ed up every two weeks with a pile of them.
