9. Gossiping



We are all guilty of gossiping, and while we know it’s not the best idea to gossip at work, we somehow indulge ourselves in it and it ends up harming our reputation. You appear to be less professional and your trustworthiness is at stake. So, the next time someone tries to gossip with you, either distance yourself from that conversation or just say you don’t want to be a part of it, point-blank.
