Ingredients :
  • Cucumber-1
  • Thick Curd-1 cup
  • Salt-to taste
  • Oil-1/2 tsp
  • Mustard-1/2 tsp
  • Asafoetida-1 pinch
  • Curry Leaves-a few
  • Coriander Leaves-a few

How to Make Vellirikkai Neer Mor :
  1. Chop cucumber finely. Also chop green chillies, curry and coriander leaves.
  2. Whisk curd and add a cup of water to it and whisk again.
  3. In a blender, add green chillies, asafoetida, salt, curry leaves, coriander leaves and grind.
  4. Add to whisked butter milk. Temper with oil, mustard and add to the butter milk. Serve chilled.
