Ingredients :
  • 1 cup - cooked Chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup - crumbled Paneer
  • 1/2 cup - Flax seed (roasted)
  • 1/4 cup - grated Onion
  • 1 tsp - chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1 tbsp - Tomato ketchup
  • 3/4 cup - dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp - creamy Tomato twist
  • 6 burger rolls, toasted


How to Make Daylight Burgers :
  1. Place the chickpeas, paneer and flax seed in a food processor, add the onion, chilli flakes, salt and process until well coarsely combined. Keep aside.
  2. Put the bread crumbs in a bowl. Shape the paneer mixture into 6 patties and coat evenly on both sides with the bread crumbs.
  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties, turning once, until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce and creamy spread on the toasted burger rolls with patties and serve hot.
