    2.Apple Cider Vinegar Drink
    This drink is another magical elixir that can aid weight loss. The main ingredient of the drink, ACV is a great probiotic and aids in better stimulation of digestion. Also, it boosts the iron’s utilization in the body. It also helps to balance out sodium that we intake.


    Ingredients:


    Warm water

    Lemon

    Honey

    Cinnamon



    Apple Cider Vinegar


    Method:
    Drink this concoction everyday morning on empty stomach.

    3.Coriander Drink

    As per studies, Coriander works wonders for people who are suffering from obesity and diabetes. Coriander is high in fiber and Lemon in high in vitamin C and purifies blood and help in digestion. Cinnamon lowers our blood sugar and is the great source of anti-oxidants.


    Ingredients:


    Coriander – 1/2 cup
    Lemon – 1
    Warm Water – 1 glass
    Cinnamon – 1/4 teaspoon.


    Method: Add coriander and a little water to make a paste. Now add this paste in a glass, add lemon juice, cinnamon powder, and warm water and mix the ingredients and your fat burner drink is ready.

    4. Chia seeds and Himalayan salt drink

    Chia seeds boost metabolic rate of our body and also helps to feel fuller for longer. It also slows the absorption of food and reduces sugar cravings. They are packed with zinc which regulates are appetite. On the other hand, Himalayan salt has many minerals and nutrients that will help to get rid of excess water and cellulite.


    Ingredients:

    Ĺ tbsp. of chia

    Ĺ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt

    1 glass of Water

    Ĺ lemon


    Method: Add the ingredients in a glass and keep it aside for 30 minutes to2 hr until chia seeds swell up nicely. Now add the juice of the lemon into the concoction. Stir well and drink it on empty stomach.
