Ingredients :
  • Whole Wheat flour - 2 cup
  • 1/2 cup - cooked lentil
  • 1/2 cup - gram flour
  • 1 - small onion, finely chopped
  • Small piece - ginger, grated
  • 2 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seed
  • Salt, Red Chilli powder, Garam Masala as per taste
  • Butter/oil for frying




How to Make Daal Ka Paratha :
  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough.
  2. Cover and keep aside for 15 mins
  3. Divide into 8-10 parts and roll into lemon sized balls and gently flatten it to a patty and shallow fry on both sides.
  4. Serve hot.
