Ingredients :
  • Boneless chicken- 1/2 kg
  • Egg - 1
  • Ginger Garlic paste 2 teaspoons
  • Cornflour- 1 tbsp
  • Maida - 4 tbsp
  • Chilly sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies- 4
  • Garlic paste -1 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 2-3 sprigs
  • Yogurt - 1 cup
  • Vinegar 1- tsp
  • Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
  • Red colour - a pinch
  • Salt, pepper, ajinomoto- to taste


How to Make Spicy Chicken 65 :
  1. For the chicken pakora:
  2. Mix the chicken, egg, ginger- garlic paste, cornflour, maida, chilli sauce, salt, chilli powder, pepper and ajinomoto.
  3. Cover the chicken pieces with batter before frying.
  4. Now heat oil in a deep pan and deep fry the pakoras until slightly brown.
  5. For chicken 65:
  6. Heat four tbsp of oil in a kadai and saute the green chillies, garlic, and curry leaves.
  7. Now add the yogurt, red chilli powder, garam masala and red colour.
  8. Cook for 2-3 mins and add the chicken pakoras to it.
  9. Cook until dry.
