Ingredients :
  • 1 - cauliflower, cut into big florets
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1 - onion, chopped finely
  • 1/4 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup - buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp - Milk
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste
  • 2 tbsp - grated cheese


How to Make Cauliflower Egg Bake :
  1. In boiling water, cook cauliflower till soft. Drain, mash and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Fry onion till transparent.
  3. Add garlic paste and milk.
  4. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the mixture to cauliflower.
  6. Beat egg and add to cauliflower.
  7. Add buttermilk, salt and pepper.
  8. Put the mixture in an ovenproof casserole.
  9. Garnish with cheese.
  10. Bake for 25-30 mins till cheese is golden brown.
  11. Serve hot.
