Ingredients :
  • Potatoes-2
  • Tomato-1
  • Red Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Mustard-1/2 tsp
  • Oil-1 tsp
  • Salt- to taste
  • Green Chillies-2
  • Lemon Juice-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves-a few




How to Make Aloo Tamatar Sabzi :
  1. Boil and peel potatoes. Chop tomato and keep ready.
  2. In a pan, add oil followed by mustard and green chillies. Add chopped tomato, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  3. Mix well. Once it turns mushy, add boiled potatoes.
  4. Add water if the sAbzi is too thick.
  5. Add lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with pooris or chapathis.
