    It is an excellent source of Vitamin c and it helps to fight obesity as it is an anti-oxidant. They also have a high amount of water in them that is good for our skin and our digestion capability too. It contains about 37 calories per 100 gm.

    This is not vegetable but a fruit and is the most beneficial fruit that helps to prevent weight gain. They are anti-oxidants, which works against the leptin in our body and encourages weight-loss. Eat them raw. They contain about 25 calories per 100 gm.
