Ingredients :
  • For the rolls:
  • 2 medium French rolls (baton bread)
  • 2 tbsp. melted Butter
  • For the filling:
  • 2 teacups cooked tender Corn
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • 2 tea cups white sauce
  • 2 tbsp. grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • A pinch salt, Sugar and pepper
  • For the topping:
  • 1 tbsp. Grated cheese
  • 6 Sliced Capsicums
  • 6 Sliced Tomato slices




How to Make Stuffed French Roll :
  1. Divide horizontally and scoop out centres. Brush scooped sides with melted butter.
  2. Bake in hot oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes. Mix corn and white sauce.
  3. Add green chilli, cheese and a pinch of sugar, salt and pepper.
  4. Fill the roll with corn mixture and top with capsicum and tomato pieces.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees C until crisp. Serve hot.
