Ingredients :
  • litre strong coffee
  • 175 gms. Sugar
  • litre water
  • litre cream, whipped




How to Make Coffee Granita With Cream :
  1. Stir sugar and water together over a low heat, until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Add the coffee and allow to cool. Pour mixture into a freezing tray.
  3. Freeze to a mush, stirring frequently. Serve the granites in sherbet glasses, topping each glass with whipped cream.
