Ingredients :
  • 1 cup - Ricotta Cheese
  • 1.5 cup - Spinach leaves, chopped
  • 2 - Onions, chopped
  • 5-6 - Cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • 1 tsp - Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - Ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Olive oil
  • 1 cup - Pasta of your choice, cooked according to packet instructions
  • 2 tsp - Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp - Oregano ( optional )


How to Make Pasta in Ricotta Cheese and Spinach Sauce :
  1. Heat oil in a pan, fry minced garlic on low flame till it turns light brown.
  2. Add onions and saute till brown.
  3. Add spinach and saute for a minute till it wilts.
  4. Take the pan off the flame, mix ricotta cheese and stir well.
  5. Cook for a minute on low flame, keep stirring.
  6. Add all the spices and keep side.
  7. Pour this over the cooked pasta and sprinkle parmesan cheese and oregano on top.
