    8 Things Every Lazy Person Must Do To Stay Energetic At Work


    We have all been there, havenít we? Between looming work deadlines, family obligations, staying at the top of bills and completing some housework, sometimes we simply get exhausted.

    And as is the case for most people, that exhaustion tends to creep its way into our work live as well, making us feel too lazy to stay energetic at work.

    Now since being lazy at work is something thatís obviously NOT recommended, here are some tips to help all of you lazybones out there regain your spark:

    1. Maintain a sleep schedule.


    Your body has a natural circadian rhythm that adapts to a regular sleep/wake cycle. Going to bed and waking up at roughly the same time every day (Yes! Even on weekends) will help you maintain your energy levels throughout the day as you will wake up every morning feeling rested and refreshed.
