    In the recent years, we've seen a lot of new workouts come about. Spinning, cross-fit, MMA, Zumba, and other interesting fitness regimes have replaced running on the treadmill and lifting weights, for that body you want. Working out has not only become more fashionable, but a whole lot more fun. But, the fact is, no matter how interesting a workout might be, after a while, it gets boring. So, if you're looking to add something new to your workout routine, here are things you can try.

    Boxing

    There's a reason they say that if you are too stressed out, you should get a punching bag. Take this a step forward, and get mentally and physically fit with boxing. It will also go a long way in keeping you safe!

    Climbing



    Climbing is a full-body workout which requires focus and determination! With so many indoor climbing studios opening up in different cities, you really have no excuse to not try this one out.

    This is one of those workouts which require strength as well as grace. It takes upper body strength to the next level, and also makes you more flexible. Besides, who doesn't have fun hanging mid-air?
