Slacklining

Slacklining is when you balance on a loosely tied rope. You start with walking on it, while the rope is held not too high from the ground, and work your way to jumps and flips. If you do it in a park or some other open space, you've got your workout in the thick of nature... which is, really, the best way to get healthy.
