- One bunch fresh Methi leaves
- One cup gram (channa) flour
- 1/4 tsp Garlic, crushed
- Salt as per taste
- Oil for deep frying
How to Make Methi Bhajiya :
- Add half cup water to gram flour. Add methi, garlic and salt to taste, and make a thick batter.
- Drop batter into hot oil with a spoon and deep fry till done.
