Ingredients :
  • 4 slices - bread
  • 60 g - Butter
  • 4 - round Apple slices
  • 4 tsp - Mango chutney
  • 4 tsp - grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Coriander leaves
  • Green chillies
  • 2 tbsp - Milk
  • 1 - small onion, chopped
  • 1 - small tomato, chopped
  • For the Mango chutney:
    * 1 - green Mango
    * Jaggery, salt and Red Chilli powder - to taste
    * 1 - small Onion


Method :
  • Put the bread slices in a toaster and toast lightly.
  • Mix together the grated cheese, salt, pepper, coriander leaves, chopped green chillies and 2 tbsp of milk to make a paste.
  • Then add onions and tomatoes.
  • Apply a little butter on the toasts. Spread mango chutney and top with apple slices.
  • Apply a dash of cheese paste on top and bake lightly in an oven until it gets a rosy colour.
  • To make mango chutney:
    - Slice the mangoes and onions. Grind them with all the other ingredients.
