    No Hands Crossed: How to sit is always a quandary. You can't let your hands hang limply by your sides. Keeping your hands crossed is a temptation, but desist it. Sitting with your hands crossed makes you seem resistant to ideas and approach and even defiant, at times . During an interview session, keep your hands on the table and sit with a straight posture. That indicates that you are ready for this interview and eager to hear any suggestions from the interviewer.
